Team Member - Credit Compliance - Retail

Key Responsibilities:

- Review credit proposals for regulatory compliance (RBI)

- Strengthen credit policies, processes & governance

- Provide compliance advisory to business/credit teams

- Handle CRILC, EWS, regulatory reporting

- Support fraud monitoring & reporting

- Manage RBI audits & inspection closures

- Implement new regulatory guidelines across lending

Ideal Candidate:

- CA / MBA with relevant experience in Credit Compliance / Risk

- Strong knowledge of RBI regulations

- Detail-oriented with strong stakeholder management

- Ability to work under tight timelines
