Team Member - Corporate Finance - Treasury - CA

The role will be in the Treasury function across Credit Ratings, Term Loans, Investor Relations and Strategic Finance initiatives, working closely with senior management, lenders, rating agencies and internal stakeholders to strengthen the Companys financial positioning, capital structure and market credibility.

Financial :

- Support endtoend Investor Relations activities, including analyst / investor interactions, earnings support and management presentations

- Assist in preparation of investor decks, financial fact sheets, performance narratives and Q&A documents

- Coordinate with Finance, Strategy and Communications teams to ensure consistent and accurate messaging

- Act as the single point coordinator for interactions with credit rating agencies

- Support preparation of rating submissions, data packs, presentations and annual / eventbased reviews

- Track rating triggers, covenants and agency requirements

- Monitor industry, peer and rating outlook developments impacting the Company

- Support term loan arrangements, renewals, refinances and related documentation

- Coordinate with banks, financial institutions and internal teams for information sharing and compliance

- Track loan covenants, repayment schedules, interest servicing and reporting requirements

- Assist in analysis of borrowing costs, structures and funding options

- Support treasury strategy initiatives including capital structure optimization, funding mix and cost of capital analysis

- Prepare financial models, scenario analysis and notes for management decision making

- Assist in strategic evaluations related to debt markets, liquidity planning and long term financing strategy

- Work on special treasury projects as assigned by leadership
