Team Member - Central MIS/Business Intelligence - Insurance

Key Responsibilities:

MIS & Reporting Management:

- Lead and manage a team responsible for internal and external MIS reporting, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to daily, weekly, and monthly timelines.

- Publish weekly and monthly dashboards for senior management to enable data-driven decision making.

- Oversee IRDAI regulatory reporting, ensuring full compliance with all guidelines and submission deadlines.

- Ensure timely receipt, validation, and consolidation of all required data files from stakeholders for dashboards and MIS preparation.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Coordination:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow, clarity, and collaboration.

- Coordinate with IT teams to identify, analyze, and resolve any backend system issues or process loopholes.

- Participate in company-wide initiatives, system enhancements, and process changes.

Business Intelligence & Automation:

- Drive automation of MIS processes using Qlik, reducing manual efforts and enhancing operational efficiency.

- Design, develop, and maintain Qlik dashboards covering key business KPIs, ensuring data availability and drill-down capabilities across all organizational levels.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong background in MIS/BIU or Business Intelligence roles.

- Experience in managing teams and senior stakeholders.

- Hands-on expertise in Qlik; knowledge of Power BI/Tableau is an advantage.

- Strong understanding of insurance or financial services domain.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
