Team Manager - RTR - Should handle a portfolio of 1000 to 1500cr - Should have handled a consolidated group of subsidies - Will handle a team of 6 to 7 CAs (TL) - Oversea the financials of standalones - Experience into INDAS & SAP - Pref - experience working in shared services company - Captive shared services experience pref. - Should have stability in one company of min 3 yrs - Experience into change management, MSME reporting, process inline, Internal development of team - Ca + 9ys of experience Team leader - RTR - Manager level position - IC role - No budgeting candidates, only accounting, who has experience into preparing financials, balance sheet - INDAS/ IRFS - SAP - Should have handled a portfolio of 250 to 300 cr - Will compliance and coordinate with internal & external auditors - CA + 3yrs of exp JOB DESCRIPTION - Core Experience with Finance , Indian Accounting Standards - Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate standalone financial statements, including GL reconciliations/ ledger scrutiny, local statutory & regulatory/tax/ other GL reports, audit support and ad hoc analysis to both internal management and external users - Ensure compliance with all regulations, financial reporting norms, associated with duties and responsibilities, proper delegation of authorities, and other internal controls (RCM, IFC) - Possess strong knowledge of Indian GAAP and new Ind-AS accounting standards - Ensure compliance with the period end close calendar, including collaborating with various teams impacted by or participating in the period end close process - Ensure Close process is completed in an accurate and timely manner. - Identify, support, and lead RTR improvement initiatives in tandem with the SSC Head, RTR Tower Lead and SSC Service Management and Quality Lead to drive operational efficiencies and improved controls - Manage required and appropriate reporting to facilitate informed decision making - Support external audit and internal audit requests - Support leadership through business partnering by providing metrics, problem resolution, and reporting process performance - Identify root cause of issues causing incorrect data capture and take appropriate action to resolve - Identify risks associated with the execution of the assigned tasks within the business process and escalates / mitigates / resolves as required. Management - Assist in defining the team structure, roles, and reporting avenues for the RTR Shared Services team - Supervise and manage RTR team of approx 6-7 team members, ensuring communication and coordination within and across teams - Manage direct reports' goals and objectives; prepare employee performance evaluations in a timely manner; ensure staff maintains Key Performance Indicator (KPI) results within management expectations where necessary - Monitor personnel productivity by tracking goals on a weekly/monthly basis - Responsible for ensuring the RTR functions produce accurate and compliant data in accordance with KPIs/ SLAs - Participate in change management discussion on processes, providing feedback and recommendations, and implementing changes within the team - Foster SSC culture and values - Coach and motivate diverse and highly skilled team members to optimize team effectiveness and enhance team interactions, creating exceptional employee experiences Key Performance Indicators: - Achievement of SLA targets - Customer Satisfaction Index - Process Efficiency Improvements - Actual vs. Budgeted costs
