Team Manager/Senior Team Manager - HR PMO We are seeking a seasoned HR PMO Professional with 10+ years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will play a key leadership role in the development, implementation, and management of HR projects and programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR project management, process improvement, and a deep understanding of HR practices. Location: Bangalore Your Future Employer: A Leading insurance brokerage organization Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the HR PMO function, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. - Develop and implement project management processes and methodologies for HR initiatives. - Collaborate with HR leaders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. - Oversee the execution of HR projects, monitoring progress and ensuring timely delivery. - Provide guidance and mentorship to HR project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. - Conduct regular project reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement. - Ensure compliance with HR policies, regulations, and best practices. - Act as a strategic partner to HR leadership, offering insights and recommendations to enhance HR processes and programs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive integration and alignment of HR projects with overall business objectives. Qualifications: - Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred. - 10+ years of progressive experience in HR project management, with a focus on PMO leadership. - Proven experience leading large-scale HR projects and initiatives. - Strong knowledge of HR processes, practices, and regulations. - Exceptional project management and organizational skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
