Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Mumbai, for a Playing Captain/Team Leader Wealth (Pan India) at NBFC. The Playing Captain will be responsible for leading wealth management initiatives across India, developing and executing wealth management strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to achieve business objectives and providing training and mentorship to junior team members.

Qualifications:

- Wealth Management and Financial Planning skills

- Thorough understanding of PMS , AIF , Equity , Bonds ,Mutual Fund Structured Product, NCD and others

- Clientele includes UHNI , HNI , Family offices, CXO, Founders, Directors of companies

- AUM should be 300 to 500 + Crore

- Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills

- Knowledge of Regulatory Requirements and Compliance

- Leadership, Team Management, and Mentorship skills

- Strong Analytical, Strategic Thinking, and Problem-Solving skills

- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications
