Team Leader/Vice President - PCG Wealth

IDEALCANDIDATE:

- 8 + years in Wealth Management, Broking, PCG, or BFSI Sales.

- Experience in managing Advisory teams is mandatory.

- Post Graduation is an added advantage

Role Brief :

- To lead a team of Advisors in driving the Private Client Group (PCG) business through managing and acquiring HNI/UHNI Clients and family office

- Functioning as a playing captain-managing the team and simultaneously achieving individual targets.

- The role focuses on strengthening client relationships, improving productivity, and delivering superior advisory solutions.

- The Team Leader ensures a high-performance culture, and supports strategic initiatives to scale AUM and enhance client experience
