Team Leader - Sales - LV Motors

Role & Responsibilities:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop an effective division LV IEC Motors sales strategy within the specified market scope - regional and maintain it, to improve Organisational market penetration and realize growth aspirations.

- Define, plan, lead, and ensure the execution of sales strategy to achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets for products to ensure sustainable order growth, revenue, profitability, market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction.

- Lead, develop, and coach the Sales organization to achieve the sales targets, through high performance.

- Anticipate and identify shortfalls in performance and take appropriate remedial actions, proactively.

- Identify and evaluate new opportunities with existing and potential customers, determine plans for implementation, and allocate required resources.

- Plan and execute customer surveys and act on the survey results to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.

- Support Sales organizations to ensure the achievement of sales volume and product mix targets.

- Participate in the negotiation of key contracts.

- Promote and enable collaboration in the division, across divisions, business areas, and teams to maximize results for the Organisation.

Qualifications:

- Full time engineering in Electrical or Mechanical.

- Minimum 12 - 16 years of experience in regional sales of electric motors for channel partners, EPC, OEMs and end users.

- Preferably experience in handling team.

- Ensures integrity and compliance with Organisational values and ethics in all activities across all teams in scope.
