
About the Role:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader for our Outbound Sales Process to manage, mentor, and drive a high-performing sales team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for meeting revenue targets, improving conversion rates, monitoring daily sales operations, and ensuring consistent delivery of outstanding customer engagement.
- The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in outbound calling processes, sales coaching, performance management, and data-driven decision-making.
- You will play a key role in shaping sales strategy, motivating the team, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership & Supervision
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of outbound sales executives/agents.
- Assign daily/weekly targets, track performance, and ensure target achievement.
- Conduct regular 1:1 sessions, coaching, and training to improve team productivity.
- Foster a positive and motivating team environment that promotes accountability and performance.
Sales Operations & Conversion Management:
- Manage end-to-end outbound calling campaigns including data allocation, lead follow-up, and pipeline movement.
- Ensure high-quality calling, strong pitch delivery, and adherence to sales scripts.
- Track and optimize lead conversion ratios, customer engagement metrics, and sales performance KPIs.
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and implement process improvements.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Monitor real-time performance dashboards, call quality, call adherence, and daily activity metrics.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to management.
- Analyze data to identify trends, coaching needs, and improvement areas.
Training & Quality Control:
- Train new team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, compliance, and CRM usage.
- Coordinate with quality teams to ensure call compliance and high service quality standards.
- Conduct regular call audits, feedback sessions, and skill-development workshops.
- Customer Interaction & Escalation Management
- Address escalated customer queries, complex objections, or high-value leads.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a positive brand experience.
- Work with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Support) to improve customer communication and sales scripts.
Process Optimization & Strateg:
- Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies, incentive plans, and outbound scripts.
- Contribute to planning new calling campaigns, segmentation, and targeted outreach.
- Implement best practices to enhance productivity, lead utilization, and operational efficiency
