Team Leader - Non IT Recruitment

Role Overview :-

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Team Leader Non-IT Recruitment to lead and mentor our recruitment team. The role demands strong leadership, proven recruitment expertise, and the ability to align hiring practices with business objectives. The candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, workforce planning, and sourcing strategies while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.

- Design and implement effective recruitment strategies for diverse non-IT roles.

- Partner with business leaders to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.

- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire) to drive efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, hiring policies, and organizational standards.

- Conduct training sessions, coaching, and performance reviews to upskill the recruitment team.

- Manage vendor relationships, job portals, and recruitment platforms for talent sourcing.

- Lead employer branding initiatives to strengthen the companys positioning as an employer of choice.

- Drive continuous improvements in candidate experience and recruitment processes.

Requirements :

- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters preferred).

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in recruitment with at least 2 years in a leadership/mentoring role.

- Strong knowledge of non-IT sourcing techniques, recruitment analytics, and ATS systems.

- Proven ability to manage high-volume and niche hiring across multiple domains.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with measurable results.

- Demonstrated track record in team management and strategic hiring success.
