Team Leader/Manager - Accounts & Finance - CA

What you'll do

- Manage accounting operations - AP, AR, GL, banking, and reconciliations

- Prepare MIS, budgets, and financial statements

- Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, and ESIC compliance

- Coordinate with auditors and strengthen internal controls

- Lead and mentor a high-performing accounts team

What we're looking for

- CA with 7-10 years of post-qualification experience

- 3-4 years of team leadership exposure

- Hands-on with Tally / SAP / Oracle

- Strong knowledge of Ind AS and statutory compliance

- Analytical mindset and process improvement focus

Good to have

- Power BI / Advanced Excel skills

- Exposure to automation or multi-entity reporting
