Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing relationships with Banks and NBFCs, ensuring maximum limit setup for corporate buyers aligned with business projections.
- Onboard and activate new Banks/NBFCs, ensuring timely demo and system integration before activation.
- Monitor timely renewals and enhancements of corporate buyer limits based on business throughput.
- Build senior-level engagement with Banks/NBFCs to strengthen relationships and drive collaboration.
- Manage P&L for the assigned portfolio, ensuring profitability and optimized charges across relationships.
- Drive throughput, outstanding, revenues, yields, and other key business performance metrics for the assigned geography.
- Achieve revenue and volume targets and report business performance on a regular basis.
Functional Competencies:
- Strong relationship management and solution development skills with Banks/NBFCs.
- Ability to engage senior decision-makers and create tailored solutions from the product suite.
- Effective in planning, forecasting, and tracking business performance.
- Deep understanding of the financial ecosystem and market dynamics within the assigned territory.
- Team-oriented, assertive, focused, and performance-driven.
Profile & Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, or Fintech domains.
- Proven expertise in Financial Institutions Sales, Business Development, or Market Expansion.
- MBA/CA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
- Candidates currently based and operating in the target geography will be preferred.
