Team Leader (COE) - End to End Order management Summary: To successfully manage the Centre of Excellence (COE) Administration team in all processes including booking, order generation, requisitioning, billing, etc. To work as part of the team handling orders, and manage the performance of team individuals. To be a champion for continuous improvement through the ongoing review of processes and controls to deliver 'best in class' customer service and order management fulfillment. Key Deliverables: - Capable of successfully leading a team of 07-10 individuals. - Performance management of the functional team. - Work as part of the team involved in end-to-end booking and billing processes - ensuring the successful and timely booking, delivery, and billing of all project orders. - Clear concise communications to Regional Administrators & Operations. - Work within guidelines of Global policies and processes, utilizing of RA/COE model to maximize productivity. Responsibilities - Leading and managing a COE team of 07-10 Customer Shared Service Administrators. - Supporting the staffing process of the team as this will be a newly created group. - Assist in setting and achieving Customer Service department goals and results and ensuring adherence to organizational procedures, policies, and systems. - Assigning and directing the workflow to ensure excellent service is delivered through appropriate staff planning and scheduling. - Establishing and maintaining quantity and quality standards by developing and ensuring compliance with all customer service and process standards through reviews, observation audits, and reports. Providing direct and timely feedback to all staff on the results. - Training staff to deliver a high standard of customer service. - Set up and establish communication channels and hand-off points between COE and Regional Administrators to ensure smooth two-way interfaces. - Analyzing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service provided and reporting key performance indicators. - Performing any other reasonable tasks to improve quality and service delivery within the Company. - Ensuring all employees have a safe work environment. - Involvement in & support of SAP CP/S deployment and enhancements. Experience: - Minimum of 5 years experience in a Customer Services environment with a proven record of supervisory/managerial experience - Experience working in a multi-discipline team. - SAP Experience is a must. - Team Handling experience required. - Skill: End to End order management & Should have experience in global customer handling Shift: 6:30 AM Morning
