The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Team Leader to join our Public Sector team. This role is crucial for leading and managing complex consulting assignments focused on industrial development and policy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful project management, policy expertise, and the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-impact solutions for our government clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Lead and manage end-to-end consulting engagements, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Industrial Development & Promotion: Drive projects related to industrial development, including the formulation of strategies, feasibility studies, and detailed project reports (DPRs).

Policy Formulation & Implementation: Advise and assist government clients in the formulation, evaluation, and implementation of industrial and public policy.

Bid & Project Management: Oversee and manage large-scale bid processes, from proposal development to contract negotiation. Implement robust project management methodologies to ensure successful project execution.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with senior officials and key stakeholders in government ministries, departments, and public sector undertakings.

Team Management & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and guide a team of consultants, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring their professional development.

Business Development: Actively contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities, preparing compelling proposals, and participating in client presentations.

Expertise: Provide deep subject matter expertise on industrial development, economic policy, and regulatory frameworks to both internal teams and clients.

Desired Profile:

Education: An MBA/PG in Management, M.Tech, M.Plan, Masters in Public Policy, or a postgraduate degree in a relevant field from a reputed institution.

Experience: Minimum of 12 years of overall professional experience.

Demonstrated experience in working on assignments with industrial development authorities is highly preferred.

A minimum of 5 years of specific experience in industrial development & promotion, policy formulation & implementation, strategy, feasibility & DPR, project management, and bid management
