Team Leader - Advisory - Private Client Group

Job Description:

We are looking for a Team Leader Advisory, PCG to manage HNI/UHNI client relationships while actively driving individual and team business targets. This is a Playing Captain role, requiring the candidate to contribute individually while leading and developing a team of 45 members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow relationships with HNI & UHNI clients.

- Drive client acquisition, client servicing and business development.

- Independently manage and achieve individual revenue/business targets.

- Lead the team in achieving collective business and revenue targets.

- Guide, mentor and support team members in client acquisition and servicing.

- Bring and manage an existing team of 45 members.

- Execute and oversee Trading and Order Punching activities.

- Provide clients with trading support across Cash, Derivatives and Options.

- Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and increase business.

- Build a strong and sustainable PCG client portfolio.

Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in PCG, Wealth Management, Broking or Capital Markets.

- Strong experience handling HNI/UHNI clients.

- Proven track record in Client Acquisition and Client Servicing.

- Hands-on experience in Trading and Order Punching.

- Strong knowledge of Cash, Derivatives, Options and Trading.

- Prior experience in team handling and business target achievement.

- Should be able to bring an existing team of 45 members.

- Strong leadership, communication, relationship management and business development skills.

- Ideal Candidate: A hands-on Playing Captain who can independently generate business while leading a team and driving overall PCG growth.-
