In This Role, You Will:
- Support the Integration Management Office (IMO) in coordinating and managing end-to-end integration activities across workstreams.
- Partner with business and functional leaders (Finance, HR, IT, Sales, etc.) to define integration design choices, guiding principles, and target operating models.
- Analyze operational, financial, and organizational data to support integration planning, decision-making, and performance tracking.
- Drive synergy tracking, validation, and reporting to ensure realization of cost savings and revenue opportunities against integration goals.
- Develop and maintain integration workplans, milestone trackers, dashboards, and Day 1 / Day 100 readiness plans.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and value drivers; provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support execution and risk mitigation.
- Conduct pre-close assessments, organization readiness reviews, and ongoing performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with acquired company stakeholders to gather data, map processes, and ensure smooth transition and alignment.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and reports for leadership and integration steering committees
Here's What You Need:
- CA/ MBA/ PGDM (Tier 1/2 College)/ CFA or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in corporate strategy, M&A or business consulting, FP&A, or a related analytical role with Project management experience
- Experience in M&A transactions, including pre and post-deal (Due diligence) and/or Post deal integration, carveout / separation across areas such as Applications, Infrastructure, TSA Costing & Analysis, Operating model, PMO support.
- Project execution experience with an in-depth knowledge of overall project life cycle
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Experience working cross-functionally with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- High attention to detail, comfort working with ambiguity, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with post-merger integration principles and deal lifecycle stages.
- Exposure to project management tools such as Wrike is a plus.
- Experience working with large datasets and/or financial models.
