Team Lead - Wealth Manager

CTC: 15 to 20 LPA

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead a team of wealth managers/relationship managers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in private banking, financial advisory, or investment management, with proven expertise in client acquisition, relationship management, and delivering comprehensive wealth solutions.

Role: Team Lead Wealth Manager

Experience: 10+15 years (with at least 3-5 years in private banking / financial advisory)

Location: Kolkata (onsite work from office)

Industries: Banking, Financial Services, NBFCs, Wealth Management firms

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of wealth managers/relationship managers.

- Drive client acquisition and revenue growth across HNI and UHNI segments.

- Provide end-to-end wealth management solutions including investment advisory, estate planning, succession planning, and tax-efficient strategies.

- Ensure team delivers exceptional service standards and maintains high client satisfaction.

- Collaborate with product, research, and investment teams to deliver tailored solutions.

- Monitor performance metrics, compliance, and adherence to regulatory guidelines.

- Develop strategies to expand the private banking & advisory business.

Key Requirements:

- MBA in Finance/CA/CFA preferred.

- 10+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or financial advisory.

- Strong knowledge of financial products: mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, insurance, bonds, structured products, etc.

- Proven track record in managing HNI/UHNI client relationships.

- Strong leadership, people management, and business development skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities.
