Team Lead - Warehouse Operations

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations:

- Ensure accurate inventory records, error-free dispatches, proper packing, labeling, and monthly inventory audits

- Oversee third-party warehouse (3PL) operations to meet delivery and service level targets

Compliance & Documentation:

- Manage operational documentation including shipment notifications, transport documents, and statutory records

- Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits by maintaining accurate and up-to-date records

Team Leadership:

- Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching to improve performance, safety awareness, and skill levels

- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and emergency preparedness within warehouse operations

Cross-Functional Coordination:

- Address discrepancies related to documentation, inventory, and physical stock

- Support warehouse administration including record retention and housekeeping standards

Process Improvement & Cost Control:

- Support planning and management of annual CAPEX and operational improvement initiatives

- Contribute to cost control, service improvement, and overall operational effectiveness

Required Qualifications:

Experience Required:

- Proven experience managing warehouse teams and third-party logistics providers (3PL)

- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and warehouse process management
