Position Responsibilities:

- Communicate with US CPA firms and end clients.

- Review monthly and yearly bookkeeping/accounting projects.

- Manage month-end and year-end closing.

- Perform bank and account reconciliation.

- Prepare financial statements on a yearly and monthly basis.

- Lead teams (4-8 years of experience).

- Handle tax forms 940, 941, and 1099.

- Manage various engagements simultaneously and deliver signature-ready products.

Skills:

- Strong technical, interpersonal, and communication skills.

- Proficiency in US Accounting and Payroll.

- Advanced knowledge of QBO, QBD, Xero, and Excel.

- Comfortable with US shift timings.

Shift Time:

- 03:30 PM IST - 12:30 AM IST (Indian Summers).

- 04:30 PM IST - 01:30 AM IST (Indian Winters).

Work Mode - Hybrid/WFO.
