Team Lead - Trade Compliance - Import/Export

Role Description

- The Team Lead Trade Compliance will be responsible for overseeing trade compliance activities, ensuring adherence to international trade laws and regulations, preparing and managing documentation, and coordinating with customs, brokers, and regulatory agencies.

- The role includes developing and implementing compliance policies, conducting risk assessments, and providing training and support to the team.

- Strong understanding of General rules of interpretation and Regulatory Requirements.

- Leadership capabilities and Team Management skills.

- Excellent Communication and Coordination skills with brokers, customs, and regulatory agencies.

- Risk Assessment and Policy Development experience.

- Analytical and Problem-Solving skills.
