About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruitment - Team Lead to manage and scale our talent acquisition efforts for tech and product functions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hiring for niche technical roles and a proven track record of leading and mentoring recruitment teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals across multiple technical domains.

- End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management for mid to senior-level tech roles.

- Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with hiring managers, HRBPs, and leadership to define hiring requirements and develop recruitment strategies.

- Sourcing Strategy: Drive innovative sourcing approaches through job portals, social media, employee referrals, headhunting, and networking.

- Data-Driven Hiring: Track recruitment metrics (TAT, pipeline health, offer-to-join ratio) and provide regular hiring reports.

- Process Excellence: Identify gaps in recruitment processes, suggest improvements, and ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience.

- Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing and HR teams to enhance employer branding initiatives within the tech community.

Key Requirements

- 6-10 years of overall recruitment experience with at least 23 years in a team lead / people management role.

- Proven expertise in technical hiring (Engineering, Product, Data, Cloud, DevOps, Security, etc.) across mid to senior levels.

- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

- Hands-on experience with ATS / CRM tools and professional networking platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on quality and speed.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in scaling tech hiring teams in high-growth/start-up environments.

- Exposure to volume hiring as well as niche leadership hiring.

- Certification in recruitment / talent acquisition would be a plus
