Key Responsibilities:


Leadership & Team Management


- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of TA operations specialists and coordinators.


- Set performance goals, conduct regular performance reviews, and foster a high-performance culture.


- Ensure alignment of team objectives with organizational talent acquisition strategies.


Operational Excellence


- Oversee end-to-end recruitment operations, including requisition management, ATS management, interview scheduling, and candidate experience.


- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize recruitment workflows.


- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements across all hiring processes.


- Drive process automation and efficiency improvements in TA operations.


Technology & Data Management


- Manage and optimize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.


- Generate and analyze recruitment metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to support data-driven decisions.


- Identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement using analytics.


Stakeholder Management


- Collaborate with TA business partners, hiring managers, and senior leadership to ensure smooth recruitment operations.


- Provide operational insights and recommendations to improve hiring effectiveness and efficiency.


- Support strategic initiatives such as workforce planning, diversity hiring, and employer branding projects.


Project & Change Management


- Lead projects related to talent acquisition operations, process transformation, and HR tech implementation.


- Act as a change champion, facilitating adoption of new tools, processes, and best practices.


- Ensure seamless execution of hiring campaigns during high-volume recruitment periods.


Key Qualifications


- 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruitment Process Management, or HR Operations.


- Proven experience in managing teams in a high-volume recruitment environment.


- Strong knowledge of recruitment operations, ATS, HRIS systems, and recruitment technologies (Workday, iCIMS, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar).


- Expertise in process optimization, metrics analysis, and data-driven recruitment strategies.


- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.


- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
