About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Talent Acquisition (TA) Team Lead to drive our recruitment initiatives and lead a team of recruiters.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle while also bringing strategic insights to enhance hiring processes and strengthen the organizations overall talent strategy.

This role is a blend of hands-on recruitment execution and strategic leadership, ensuring we attract, assess, and retain the best talent in line with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process across functions and business units.

- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.

- Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and define job requirements.

- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure targets and quality standards are met.

- Establish and refine recruitment processes, tools, and metrics for continuous improvement.

- Drive talent benchmarking, assessment frameworks, and succession planning initiatives.

- Build and maintain a strong employer brand through effective candidate experience management.

- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to align TA goals with overall organizational strategy.

- Monitor recruitment analytics, market trends, and competitor insights to support data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience (typically 6+ years) in Talent Acquisition, including at least 2 years in a team lead or managerial capacity.

- Deep understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing tools, and talent mapping techniques.
