Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to understand manpower requirements.
- Design and implement effective hiring strategies for bulk, niche, and leadership hiring.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline through networking, referrals, and job portals.
- Monitor recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, etc.) and ensure smooth execution.
- Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes and employer branding.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, social media, etc.).
- Proven track record in meeting hiring targets across domains.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage a team and work in a fast-paced environment.
