Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Sales Leadership & Team Management:-
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing B2B sales team in the IT Infrastructure domain.
- Set clear goals and KPIs for the sales team and ensure performance tracking and improvement.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
2. Strategic Account Management:
- Develop and manage key accounts, with a strong focus on PSU (Public Sector Undertaking) clients.
- Drive business growth by identifying opportunities within existing and new accounts.
- Ensure consistent follow-ups and build long-term client relationships.
3. Business Development & Revenue Growth:
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets through solution-based selling and consultative sales techniques.
- Create and execute go-to-market strategies for verticals like ITES, BFSI, Telecom, Manufacturing, and Media & Entertainment.
- Expand the company's presence in strategic and high-value markets.
4. Solution Selling Expertise
- Understand client pain points and provide customized IT infrastructure solutions including Unified Communication, Virtualization, Networking, and Data Center services.
- Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to craft compelling value propositions.
5. Market & Competitive Intelligence:
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the curve.
- Lead competitive sales engagements with a strategic, value-driven approach.
6. Reporting & Forecasting:
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to senior leadership.
- Track progress against sales goals and provide insights for improvement.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure solutions (Unified Communication, Networking, Virtualization, Data Centers)
- Proven track record in PSU and Enterprise sales
- Strong business acumen and client relationship management
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Must-Have Skills:
- Sales Team Leadership with minimum 10 Years of experience
- Must be from IT Infrastructure Domain , Unified Communication, Data Centre / Virtualization
- Experience in B2B Field sales and solution selling
- Excellent client relations and business development skills.
- Experience in managing PSU ( Public Sector Undertaking) Customers
