This role is part of the core leadership layer of a fast-growing, tech-enabled wealth management platform. The Team Lead will play a critical role in scaling the RM team, maintaining advisory quality, and driving revenue outcomes, while operating in a founder-driven environment.

Role Overview

The RM Team Lead will manage a team of Relationship Managers, ensuring productivity, advisory discipline, and client satisfaction, while also contributing to revenue growth and mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and mentor a team of 46 Relationship Managers

- Drive client acquisition, AUM growth, and revenue targets

- Review proposals, portfolios, and advisory recommendations

- Ensure CRM hygiene, compliance, and documentation standards

- Participate in key client meetings and escalations

- Build a high-performance, client-centric culture within the team

Candidate Profile

- 6-10 years of experience in wealth management / private banking

- Minimum 2 years of people management experience

- Strong advisory knowledge across wealth products

- Proven ability to drive team performance and revenue

- Comfortable operating in a scaling, non-bureaucratic environment
