Role Overview
Youll lead a small, high-impact team of 46 Relationship Managers. The role sits at the intersection of people leadership and high-quality wealth advisory. Your core mandate is simple: drive consistent revenue, maintain advisory standards, and build a disciplined, motivated RM team that clients trust.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership & Development
- Lead daily/weekly huddles to track activity, priorities, and momentum
- Conduct regular funnel and pipeline reviews with RMs
- Coach and mentor RMs on client conversations, portfolio thinking, and closures
- Own performance management and capability building of the team
2. Revenue & Business Oversight
- Drive team-level target achievement across investment products
- Participate in key client meetings alongside RMs
- Support RMs in acquisition, deepening, and retention of HNI/UHNI clients
- Track productivity metrics and ensure predictable revenue flow
3. Advisory Quality & Compliance
- Review and validate investment proposals before client presentation
- Ensure suitability, product alignment, and long-term client interest
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene and reporting discipline
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 6-10 years of experience in wealth management / private banking
- Minimum 2 years managing a team of RMs
- Strong hands-on advisory background (MFs, PMS, AIFs, structured products)
- Proven people management and mentoring capability
- Comfortable balancing client-facing responsibilities with team leadership
- High ownership mindset with strong execution discipline
