The Mandate:


Impact & Leadership:

Strategic Team Orchestration: Direct a specialized unit of 4-6 Relationship Managers. You will be the architect of their success, conducting tactical huddles and funnel audits to ensure the team operates with surgical precision.

Revenue & Growth Stewardship: Take ownership of the cluster's P&L. You will act as the "Closer-in-Chief," joining your team in high-stakes client negotiations and ensuring the portfolio scales through disciplined pipeline management.

Quality & Governance Alpha: In a market driven by volatility, you will be the final checkpoint for advisory integrity. You'll validate investment blueprints, ensure impeccable CRM hygiene, and uphold the highest standards of regulatory compliance.

Talent Incubation: Beyond hitting numbers, your legacy will be the professional growth of your RMs. You will coach them in advanced advisory techniques and sophisticated client-handling nuances.

Who You Are?

Experienced Leader: You possess 6-10 years of experience in Wealth Management, with at least 2 years of proven success in leading and scaling teams.

Advisory Expert: You have a "Governance-First" mindset, valuing research-backed recommendations over aggressive sales tactics.

Academic Pedigree: Graduate degree (Advanced certifications like CFP or CFA are a plus).

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable operating in a technology-enabled ecosystem where CRM discipline is non-negotiable.
