Experience: 5+ Years in Prime Vendor Recruitment

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets and SLAs

- Manage full-cycle recruitment in the Prime Vendor setup for IT/non-IT roles

- Maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and hiring managers

- Strategize and implement sourcing techniques to attract top talent

- Ensure timely delivery of quality profiles with minimal turnaround time

- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and training

- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices

Key Requirements

- Strong experience in Prime Vendor or Master Vendor recruitment model

- Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring across multiple domains

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in using ATS, job portals, and other sourcing platforms
