Requirements:

- Familiarity with manpower outsourcing and recruitment processes.

- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex HR issues with professionalism.

- Proficiency in HR software and tools, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR database
