
To succeed in this role, you bring:
- Master's degree within business administration, engineering, IT and digitalization, supply chain, economics or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in procurement with at least 2 years of professional experience in compliance and/or risk management - preferably from large, complex, and global organizations.
- Leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Strong understanding of source-to-pay (S2P), indirect and direct procurement, contract lifecycle management as well as eProcurement processes.
- Proven track record of driving procurement transformation, process improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
- Solid analytical, fact based, strong conceptual skills with strengths in designing and implementing effective processes at a global level as well as proficiency in data analysis.
- Service oriented with a strong ability to challenge, influence and align across functions and seniority levels.
- Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management and the courage to drive decisions, not just facilitate them.
