Role Summary:
We are seeking a high-energy Private Relationship Manager Team Lead to join our founding team in Gurgaon. Backed by one of Indias top 20 Industrial houses, we are building a "Next-Generation Wealth Management" company defined by ethics, transparency, and superior advisory. In this Middle Management role, you will act as a "Sales & Advisory Catalyst," leading a team of 46 Relationship Managers to drive revenue while ensuring elite-level portfolio quality. You will be responsible for RM productivity, mentoring, and maintaining the highest standards of client satisfaction across Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, and Private Equity. The ideal candidate is a "Player-Coach" who can balance aggressive revenue targets with a deep-seated commitment to ethical advisory and long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Elite Team Leadership: Manage a high-performance squad of 46 Relationship Managers, conducting daily huddles and weekly performance synchronization to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Funnel & Productivity Oversight: Lead rigorous funnel reviews and pipeline management sessions, utilizing CRM data to predict revenue trends and identify growth bottlenecks.
- Revenue Strategy & Achievement: Own and drive the teams revenue and AUM (Assets Under Management) targets, participating in high-value client meetings to ensure successful deal closures.
- Advisory Quality Governance: Perform critical "Proposal Checks" to ensure RM recommendations are data-driven, client-centric, and compliant with house views.
- RM Mentoring & Coaching: Act as a mentor to RMs, providing hands-on coaching in complex product structures (AIF/PMS) and sophisticated client negotiation techniques.
- CRM & Tech Hygiene: Enforce strict documentation discipline and CRM usage to ensure a transparent, technology-first advisory experience.
- Product Collaboration: Work directly with the Fund Management team to translate market insights into actionable investment strategies for the team.
- Client Satisfaction Management: Act as the escalation point for client queries, ensuring a "Service-First" orientation across all touchpoints.
- Strategic Networking: Leverage personal and professional networks to expand the Private Client Group (PCG) footprint in the Gurgaon/NCR region.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure 100% adherence to regulatory guidelines (SEBI/AMFI) and internal ethical codes, promoting a "low-ego, high-integrity" culture.
Technical Requirements:
- Wealth Expertise: 6-10 years of experience in Private Wealth or Private Banking, with a proven track record in high-ticket client acquisition.
- Leadership Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience leading and managing a team of RMs or Wealth Advisors.
- Product Depth: Comprehensive knowledge of Private Equity, Alternate Investment Funds (AIF), PMS, and Mutual Funds.
- Analytical Proficiency: Ability to interpret complex portfolio analytics and risk-return profiles.
