Job Title : Lead Generation - Pre Sales Team Lead

Role Overview:

The Lead Generation - Pre Sales Team Lead will manage and drive inbound and outbound lead generation activities, ensuring high-quality lead qualification and effective support to the sales/advisory teams. The role focuses on team leadership, process optimization, and conversion improvement across multiple real estate portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the pre-sales / lead generation team across projects and markets

- Drive inbound lead management from digital campaigns, portals, and walk-ins

- Ensure timely lead qualification, follow-ups, and site visit closures support

- Coordinate closely with sales/advisory teams to improve lead-to-closure conversion

- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics (calls, site visits, conversions)

- Implement SOPs, scripts, CRM discipline, and quality controls

- Optimize lead sources and cost per lead in coordination with marketing teams

- Train and mentor pre-sales executives on communication, objection handling, and CRM usage

- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management updates

- Ensure high levels of customer experience and compliance

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong experience in real estate pre-sales / inside sales

- Excellent people management and coaching skills

- Strong understanding of CRM tools, lead funnels, and conversion metrics

- Data-driven approach with strong MIS and reporting capability

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to handle high-volume lead environments

Qualifications & Experience:

- Graduate / MBA preferred

- 6-10 years of experience in real estate pre-sales / lead generation

- Minimum 2-3 years in a Team Lead / supervisory role

- Experience with IPCs or leading real estate advisory firms preferred
