Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead - Presales to join our growing team in Kochi. In this role, you will act as the bridge between our technical capabilities and client requirements, orchestrating the end-to-end presales lifecycle for our digital marketing and telecom solutions. You will lead a high-performing team, mentor junior members, and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders including product, sales, and delivery teams to craft winning proposals. Your primary impact will be driving revenue growth by ensuring our solutions are perfectly aligned with client needs, thereby enhancing our market positioning and client retention rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of presales professionals to ensure high-quality output and adherence to aggressive sales timelines.
- Manage end-to-end client engagement processes, from initial discovery calls to final solution presentations, ensuring a seamless transition to the delivery team.
- Design tailored digital marketing and telecom solution architectures that directly address client pain points and demonstrate clear business value.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine value propositions and ensure all technical documentation and proposals are accurate, persuasive, and compliant with company standards.
Required Skillset:
- Proven ability to manage and motivate diverse teams, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance within a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in formulating complex pricing models and commercial structures for B2B services, ensuring long-term project profitability.
- Deep functional knowledge of digital marketing ecosystems and telecom sales cycles, enabling the creation of highly relevant and competitive solution pitches.
- Strong analytical mindset to interpret market trends and client feedback, translating them into actionable improvements for our service offerings.
- A Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, with a demonstrated track record of working effectively in a on-site office environment in Kochi.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Team Management.
