Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Operations Team Lead to manage and scale digital marketing execution for a global ecommerce platform. The role will lead CMS/Web Publishing, Email Marketing, Social Media Operations, and Content Governance while managing global stakeholders and ensuring quality and SLA adherence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Drupal CMS/web publishing, QA, SEO and content audits.
- Manage email campaigns, automation, segmentation and A/B testing.
- Oversee social media scheduling, localisation, publishing and analytics.
- Manage content governance, DAM, translations, brand compliance and asset lifecycle.
- Define SOPs, quality standards and publishing workflows.
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of 5+.
- Partner with global stakeholders across Europe and other markets.
- Proactively identify issues, recommend solutions and drive continuous improvement.
Must-Have:
- 8+ years in Digital Marketing / Marketing Operations.
- 7+ years hands-on experience with Drupal / Enterprise CMS.
- Strong experience in Email Marketing and Automation.
- 3+ years with Social Media Management platforms.
- 4+ years of people/team leadership.
- Experience supporting global stakeholders / GCC / offshore delivery models.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce, digital content and customer journeys.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good to Have:
- Google Analytics / marketing analytics
- Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce or similar
- Figma / Adobe XD / Canva
- Jira and Agile
- AI tools for content/workflow automation
- French, Dutch or German language skills
