Experience & Compensation:
Job Summary:
We are looking for experienced R2R (Record to Report) professionals who possess deep knowledge of accounting operations, month-end reporting, and reconciliation processes.
The ideal candidate should have proven team leadership experience, hands-on expertise in SAP, and a strong understanding of accounting principles to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Perform Journal Entry Processing, General Ledger Accounting, and Month-End Closing Activities.
- Conduct Balance Sheet Reconciliation and ensure accuracy and completeness of accounts.
- Manage Fixed Asset Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Standard Costing (as required).
- Review financial statements and support in month-end and year-end reporting.
- Ensure all deliverables are completed within agreed SLAs and timelines.
- Provide support for internal and external audits.
- Drive process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and ensuring team targets are met.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies and streamline operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong R2R expertise with hands-on experience in General Ledger (GL), Month-End Reporting, and Reconciliations.
- Proficiency in SAP (mandatory).
- Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Prior team handling experience (must be reflected in past roles).
- Ability to work effectively in a night shift environment.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA / MBA Finance preferred).
