Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Career Development Officers across assigned territories.
- Plan, organize, and deliver high-impact presentations, seminars, and career awareness sessions for students in schools and colleges (50200+ students).
- Guide team members in conducting effective student presentations and engagement sessions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, professors, and career counsellors.
- Drive institutional outreach to secure seminar dates and participation.
- Plan and execute offline marketing and student engagement initiatives.
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads generated through student seminars and outreach activities.
- Drive conversion of prospective students into confirmed admissions.
- Track performance metrics including outreach activities, presentations conducted, leads, and conversions.
- Coordinate with marketing and admissions teams to align student outreach strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Masters degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Experience in educational outreach, admissions, field sales, or career counselling.
- Proven ability to present confidently to large student audiences.
- Prior team handling or leadership experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
