Role and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify, prototype, and deploy innovative AI/ML solutions.
- Analyzing large datasets to uncover trends, correlations, and actionable insights relevant to HR, healthcare, and education sectors.
- Researching and proposing new technologies and methodologies to improve system efficiency and user experience.
- Presenting R&D findings during reviews and contributing to team knowledge sharing.
Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Educational Background: A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical methods, and data preprocessing techniques.

- Domain Knowledge:
