Key Responsibilities:
1) Define and execute the behavioural and soft skills training strategy across the organization.
2) Partner with CXOs, HRBPs, and business leaders to identify current and future skill gaps.
3) Design scalable learning frameworks and leadership development programs.
4) Lead a team of trainers, coaches, and external partners to deliver impactful interventions.
5) Integrate behavioural training into talent management, performance, and succession planning.
6) Measure ROI of learning programs and align outcomes with business impact.
7) Drive innovation in learning methodologies (digital, blended, experiential, coaching).
