Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of IT recruiters
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment (requirements gathering to onboarding)
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements
- Ensure timely closures and quality hiring
- Drive team performance, mentoring, and productivity
- Maintain recruitment metrics and reporting
- Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and policies
