About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Team Lead IT Recruitment (C2H) to lead our remote recruitment team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in C2H hiring, strong leadership abilities, and a proven record of managing end-to-end IT recruitment operations.

This role requires someone who can balance team management with active client and candidate engagement to deliver consistent hiring success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of recruiters to achieve individual and team hiring targets.

- Drive end-to-end recruitment for IT roles under the Contract-to-Hire (C2H) model from sourcing to onboarding.

- Allocate and review daily job requirements across the team, ensuring timely closures.

- Utilize various sourcing methods such as job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting to identify top IT talent.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination.

- Monitor and track team performance through reports and recruitment metrics.

- Motivate and mentor team members, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.

- Ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 5-7 years of overall recruitment experience with a minimum of 2 years in C2H hiring.

- Proven experience in IT recruitment, team handling, and client coordination.

- Strong understanding of IT skills, roles, and technologies.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
