Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a delivery team, fostering a collaborative, high-performing, and accountable team culture.
- Provide day-to-day technical guidance and remove impediments to ensure the team meets sprint commitments and project milestones.
- Coordinate workload distribution, prioritization, and resource planning across team members.
- Serve as a primary point of escalation for team-level technical and operational issues.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Program Managers, and other stakeholders to align team delivery with program objectives.
- Conduct regular one-on-ones, team standups, and retrospectives to monitor team health and drive continuous improvement.
- Support quality standards, code review practices, and adherence to engineering best practices.
- Report on team progress, risks, and delivery metrics to program leadership.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in IT delivery, software engineering, or technical operations.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with experience guiding technical teams.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and delivery management tools.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to mentor and develop team members.
