Job Title: Team Lead - B2B


Location: Pune (On-site)


Department: Business Development / Inside Sales


Experience: 3-5 Years

Role Overview:


The Team Lead B2B will be responsible for leading a team of tele-executives to identify and engage target banking and financial institutions, promote solution offerings, and drive business growth. The role requires strong team management capabilities, performance oversight, and the ability to build brand visibility while ensuring smooth cross-functional collaboration.


Key Responsibilities (KRAs):


- Lead, mentor, and motivate tele-executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly business targets.


- Drive business penetration into targeted B2B accounts, increasing product adoption and wallet share.


- Monitor team performance and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and conversion rates.


- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on goals.


- Track lead generation activities, qualify opportunities, and ensure timely follow-ups with potential clients.


- Maintain reporting dashboards, share performance insights, and prepare weekly/monthly review reports.


- Facilitate product awareness and positioning to key banking stakeholders through outreach activities.


- Ensure adherence to customer engagement standards and professional communication etiquette.


- Identify training needs and support skill enhancement initiatives within the team.


- Escalate challenges, risks, and support requirements to management for timely resolution.


Required Skillsets:


- Strong leadership and team management skills with proven ability to drive performance.


- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in English.


- Good understanding of B2B sales processes, lead qualification, and conversion strategies.


- Ability to analyze performance data and derive actionable insights.


- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and client stakeholders.


- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
