About the job:
Were looking for an HR Team Lead to manage recruitment operations, lead a small team of agents, and ensure end-to-end candidate management for overseas job placements.
The ideal candidate should be driven, organized, and experienced in hiring and team coordination particularly within the recruitment or staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of HR recruiters/agents.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment - sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordination with clients.
- Conduct interviews, maintain candidate databases, and ensure timely placement tracking.
- Liaise with international clients and agencies for job requirements and updates.
- Develop hiring strategies and ensure compliance with MEA recruitment standards.
- Maintain documentation and oversee visa, medical, and deployment coordination processes.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years in HR, recruitment, or team management (mandatory).
- Education: Master's/Bachelors degree in HR / Business Administration or related field.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in candidate sourcing and onboarding.
- Leadership qualities and ability to work under deadlines.
- Knowledge of recruitment operations (overseas or domestic preferred).
