Job Title: Team Lead Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
Experience Required: 8-12 years
Preferred Grade: Sr. Manager / Manager
About the Role:
As the Team Lead HRBP, you will be responsible for managing HR business partnering across multiple functions (Wholesale Banking MMG, Transaction Banking, Agri, Recovery, etc.). You will lead a team of HRBPs, ensure alignment with business goals, drive talent strategies, and foster a positive employee experience while partnering closely with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
- Lead and manage a team of 78 HRBPs across AM/DM/Manager levels.
- Act as the primary HR partner for 34 key business functions.
- Drive end-to-end Talent Acquisition in line with function-wise manpower budgets.
- Oversee talent retention strategies to reduce attrition and strengthen employee engagement.
- Manage employee relations and address grievances in a timely and effective manner.
- Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR insights and workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and organizational frameworks.
- Drive performance management cycles and support career progression planning.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and implement learning initiatives.
- Provide data-driven HR analytics and reports to aid decision-making.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong experience in HR Business Partnering across multiple functions.
- Proven people management skills with ability to lead and mentor HRBP teams.
- Expertise in Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, and Retention strategies.
- Solid understanding of HR policies, compliance, and labor law frameworks.
- Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use HR metrics for business insights.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Proficiency in HR systems, MS Excel, and HR analytics tools.
