Role Overview:
As the Global Talent Acquisition - Team Lead at Talent Pro, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of recruiters focused on sourcing and attracting top talent across various departments within our organization. You will partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. This role directly impacts Talent Pro's ability to scale effectively and maintain a competitive edge in the SaaS industry by ensuring we have the right people in the right roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve individual and team goals.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various functions, ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, define job requirements, and develop effective sourcing and selection processes.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies, universities, and industry associations, to expand our talent network.
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment processes.
- Champion employer branding initiatives to enhance Talent Pro's reputation as an employer of choice, attracting top talent in the market.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring practices.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve ambitious goals.
- Proven expertise in developing and executing successful recruitment strategies across diverse functions and geographies.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in developing and implementing employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Deep understanding of SaaS industry and its talent landscape.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
