About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Global Talent Acquisition (TA) Team Lead to spearhead our worldwide hiring initiatives and guide a high-performing, geographically dispersed recruitment team. This position is designed for a strategic recruitment leader who excels at balancing hands-on hiring responsibilities with broader organizational planning. The role will be based out of a key global hub and will report directly to the Global HR Leader.
- The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and people management skills. You will be responsible for ensuring your team consistently meets daily sourcing and hiring goals, while also maintaining an exceptional candidate experience. In addition, you will be instrumental in building scalable, data-driven hiring processes that align with the company's evolving business objectives and long-term talent needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Performance Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire the global Talent Acquisition team to achieve daily sourcing, pipeline development, and hiring targets. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and high performance while ensuring both efficiency and quality across all hiring activities.
- Strategic Alignment with HR & Business Goals: Partner closely with the Global HR Leader to design hiring strategies aligned with workforce planning, organizational priorities, and employer branding initiatives. Act as a strategic advisor to help business leaders anticipate future talent needs.
- Prioritization & Allocation: Ensure effective prioritization of open roles by understanding business requirements, hiring urgency, and function-level dependencies. Optimize workload distribution across the team to deliver timely results.
- Recruitment Funnel Management: Oversee and monitor each stage of the recruitment lifecycle-from sourcing and screening to selection and preboarding. Ensure accuracy of candidate data, timely communication, structured assessments, and adherence to hiring SLAs across regions.
- Global & Leadership Hiring: Manage end-to-end recruitment for critical, specialized, and leadership roles across APAC, NORAM, LATAM, and other regions. Establish strong relationships with senior stakeholders to drive successful hiring outcomes.
- ATS Governance: Ensure the team effectively utilizes ATS tools such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workable. Maintain clean, updated candidate pipelines, accurate reporting, and consistent documentation for audit readiness.
- Global Sourcing Optimization: Take ownership of sourcing strategies using global job boards such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Global, Seek, JobStreet, Naukri, and Kalibrr. Regularly evaluate source performance to ensure strong ROI and expand global reach.
- Content & Branding Review: Review job advertisements, outreach messages, and sourcing materials to maintain market relevance, consistency, and brand alignment. Support the development of messaging that reflects the company's values and attracts top talent globally.
- Data-Driven Hiring Decisions: Analyze recruitment performance metrics, generate regular dashboards, and use data to refine strategies, evaluate team performance, and measure the effectiveness of sourcing channels. Track KPIs like time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, cost per hire, quality of hire, and funnel conversion ratios.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and regional leaders to ensure clear communication, efficient interview processes, and a smooth candidate journey. Act as a bridge between HR, business units, and recruitment teams.
- Vendor & Partnership Management: Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, RPO partners, sourcing vendors, and job board account managers to strengthen global sourcing channels and build robust talent pipelines.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance global recruitment processes, documentation, playbooks, and communication frameworks to ensure consistency, scalability, and compliance with best practices.
- Employer Branding Support: Contribute to employer branding efforts through storytelling, campaigns, and initiatives aimed at improving brand visibility and elevating the overall candidate experience.
Education & Experience
- 5-10 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including 2-3 years in a leadership, regional, or global TA management role.
- Prior experience hiring across multiple countries in APAC, EMEA, or the Americas within SaaS, technology, or high-growth environments.
- Proven success managing KPIs, performance dashboards, and overall team productivity.
- Strong familiarity with global job boards, sourcing tools, and social hiring platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across diverse time zones.
- Strong understanding of global talent markets, sourcing trends, and remote-first hiring practices.
- Hands-on experience with ATS tools like Greenhouse, Lever, or Workable.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience overseeing global or multi-region TA functions in a technology or hospitality-tech environment.
- Exposure to recruitment marketing, employer branding, and data-driven hiring strategies.
- Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting hiring metrics and dashboards.
