Role Summary:

The Team Leader Fundraising is responsible for leading and executing fundraising campaigns while managing and motivating a team to achieve donation targets.

This role combines hands-on fundraising with team leadership, performance management, and campaign execution to ensure consistent results and high-quality donor engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Fundraising & Campaign Execution

- Actively participate in fundraising activities through outbound calls or donor outreach.

- Communicate campaign objectives, impact stories, and donation appeals clearly and persuasively.

- Ensure ethical fundraising practices and compliance with organizational guidelines.

- Meet and exceed individual and team fundraising targets.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of fundraising executives or telecallers.

- Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets and monitor individual and team performance.

- Conduct call monitoring, feedback sessions, and performance reviews.

- Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.

Training & Coaching

- Train new team members on fundraising scripts, donor communication, and objection handling.

- Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to improve conversion rates and donor engagement.

- Share best practices and motivate the team to maintain high morale and productivity.

Reporting & Coordination

- Prepare and maintain daily and weekly fundraising performance reports.

- Track KPIs such as call volumes, conversion rates, funds raised, and target achievement.

- Share updates, insights, and challenges with management.

Quality & Compliance

- Ensure high-quality donor interactions and professional conduct at all times.

- Maintain accurate donor records and ensure data privacy and confidentiality.

- Adhere to fundraising regulations, internal policies, and compliance standards
