
Team Lead - Data Management & Analysis
Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor the DMA team to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality data processing.
- Validate, classify, and maintain sensitive financial documents with strict adherence to confidentiality standards.
- Perform and oversee document indexing and verification of Capital Calls, Distribution Notices, and other financial correspondence.
- Manage research activities to identify and retrieve missing documentation, ensuring data completeness and accuracy.
- Handle client queries independently and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Monitor team productivity and quality metrics; provide regular coaching and performance feedback.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives, including automation and efficiency enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflows and timely deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Data Management & Analysis (Finance).
- Minimum 2 years of Team Lead experience (on paper).
- Strong understanding of financial documents, including capital calls, distribution notices, and related correspondence.
- Proven ability to manage teams in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience handling client communications independently.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
- Excellent knowledge of compliance, confidentiality, and data security standards.
- Ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
