Role Description

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead (Credit Card) located in Indore.

- The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of professionals handling credit card accounts.

- The day-to-day tasks include monitoring team performance, conducting audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing support and guidance to team members.

- The role also involves analyzing financial data, assisting in resolving escalated customer issues, and working closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills.

- Experience in Finance, Financial Services and credit card sales.

- Proficiency in Accounting and Auditing.

- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- Prior experience in the credit card industry is a plus.
